Carry On by Rainbow Rowell
G: I am late in blogging so my memory of this one is a little vague. This story is a bit like Harry Potter without the dark side. A very fun read. This book has made many of the BEST lists.

Baz would be having a field day with all this, if he were here--it's their last year at the Watford School of Magicks, and Simon's infuriating nemesis didn't even bother to show up.

G: I might consider this a light beach read but the content was of a serious nature. As a relationship developed between two people, there were moments of laughter, uncertainty, romance and sadness.

G: I highly recommend listening to the audio version. Bill Nye is a very entertaining speaker all the while spewing scientific data. You will laugh aloud at some of his ranting.

G: I did not see the movie. I heard it was very intense. The book was suspenseful but I was relieved to only hear descriptions rather than see the visuals.
